Unite

Your team’s knowledge.
A shared home.

We’re building Unite for the documents your team relies on, from everyday processes to the decisions behind a project. One place to keep them, update them and find them again.

Illustrative team handbook. Unite is in development.

Good answers shouldn’t depend on who’s online.

When guidance is scattered across chat threads and old documents, people end up asking the same questions. Unite is a team wiki being built so the answer has somewhere to live and can be found again.

Keep related documents together
Give each team or project its own space. Put the everyday guides alongside the background people need to understand them, so a useful document is easier to find again.
Find the answer without asking around
Search published pages when you need a process, a project note or a previous decision. Write an answer down once and give colleagues somewhere to look the next time it comes up.
Publish when it’s ready
Work on a draft before sharing an update with readers. Saved revisions keep a record as the document changes, while the published page stays available to the team.

Make the handover easier.

Starting a role or picking up a project is easier when the background is already written down. A team handbook can cover the everyday questions, while project notes explain what was agreed and why.

That’s the kind of knowledge Unite is being built for: useful guidance that stays with the team, even when the person who wrote it is away or moves on.
